Create and execute a series of creative and engaging campaigns, with the right targeting to reach potential candidates and drive them to the Toyota Careers website or their local Toyota dealership.

Embarking on our creative directions, we approached these campaigns by encouraging viewers to take the next step in their careers without limiting their potential destinations. We’ve crafted physic-defying MC Escher inspired adverts, narrative-driven visuals and gamified experiences.

Since 2018, we’ve successfully executed a series of digital campaigns generating 24 million impressions and 270,000 clicks. By focusing on highly engaging, creative visuals and targeting, we’ve continued to deliver high engagement rates and results substantially surpassing industry averages.

With each campaign, we continue to tell the Toyota story and help the right candidates take their next step. Our 2019 campaign was also a finalist in the TVNZ Marketing Awards.
