Let’s deep dive into the details.

The Ask

When you’ve been in business for over a hundred years, how do you celebrate the past, honour your clients and still keep moving forward - and reflect all this within a brand and digital presence?

The Task

When we talked about their goals, we realised CS Law needed to develop a new brand that would reflect their rich history and show how they’re moving towards the future. This came together to form a brand that merged historical imagery with a warm, neutral palette. We reflected their core values with pillars that referenced judicial architecture and incorporated their focus on relationships. Consistency is important (even more so for lawyers).

The End Game

CS Law’s aim is to develop real relationships with their clients by connecting them to helpful, trustworthy people (not a corporation). This philosophy became the heart of their website’s design, and we focused on creating a site that actually answers people’s questions. This meant easy to understand titles and language, a tab structure that can be quickly browsed, and a site-wide search in a prime spot on the homepage. We highlighted CS Law staff throughout the site and created an interactive slider so users can read more about the people they’ll be relying on.

The Results

You know you’ve done a good job when even the competition loves it. After they launched their new brand and website, CS Law has had hugely positive feedback from the wider law community – they’re calling it one of the best law websites around. Which is great to hear, because we’re continuing to develop it with them to add more easy online services for the younger market.

Celebrate your past while still moving forward.
